Shelf Company

The term "Shelf Company" refers to a Proprietary Company that has been pre-registered (from 1 day to several months old) with our principals as Officers and Members. Upon purchase from Company Planners Pty Ltd documentation will need to be prepared to change the address of the Company as well as cease/appoint Officers and Members. Additional fees shall be incurred dependent upon the number of incoming Officers and Members. Additional fees shall also apply should the pre-named Company require a change to your choice of name.

Since the inception of "Electronic Registration" there is now little or no need for "Shelf Companies", in fact, due to the changes required to be lodged with ASIC, take longer to prepare and finalise than New Incorporation of an "Own Name Proprietary Company".
